Since we insist on using the best fresh ingredients from Japan, all ingredients need to be ordered and prepared in advance.
"Therefore, the number of people can not be changed after the reservation is completed"
In case of cancellation / no-show less than 14 days prior to the booking date, we will charge a fee in accordance with our policy to pay for the losses.
Payments received will not be refunded or carried over to the next reservation. -
"50% will be charged if canceled within 14 days"
"70% will be charged if canceled within 7 days"
"100% will be charged if canceled within 24 hrs"
"In case of unethical use of AI/ code automatic to make reservation, damaging rights of others, 100% of the total will be charged and cancel current and future reservations immediately" -
